I was referred to FirstLight for our ninety-one year old mother. Nootan Pradhan, the owner, arranged a meeting with my mother and me, and also brought along a potential caregiver, thus creating a sense of familiarity for my mother. While we had used other companies in the past, this was the first time that the owner had come to meet my mother. I appreciated that to no end. Now here was someone who had a feel not only for my mother but for the environment my mother lived in. Nootan also came to my mother’s house to be present when my mother met a second caregiver.
