FirstLight is About People
Home Care is Not a Career, It’s a Calling
We know your first priority when choosing a home care provider is finding someone you can trust and rely on… someone who will care for your loved one as you would, and as we would our own. We’ve been where you are, and this is one of the main reasons we chose to be in this business.
FirstLight Home Care of Columbus opened in 2011 after Brian Kreindler, owner and operator, left his 18 year career in the travel industry for a more meaningful direction. Brian researched many opportunities and quickly realized that FirstLight Home Care was the obvious choice in the home care industry. Helping seniors and others that needed assistance felt like the right choice. Experiencing firsthand, the devastating effects of Alzheimer’s in his own family, Brian knew that helping others navigate through the complexities of senior care was his passion. Brian is dedicated to providing families with the resources and communication that is needed to make fully informed and educated decisions during difficult times.
A native of Cincinnati, Brian and his family have called Columbus home since 2006. Brian is an active volunteer in the community, enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with his family. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Cincinnati.
