Providing care for a loved one with dementia can be one of the most challenging responsibilities a family may face. It requires significant emotional strength, physical effort, and constant attention, which can place a heavy strain on caregivers over time, even causing \u201ccaregiver burnout\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This letter provides general information about the CMS GUIDE (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience) Model, a nationwide initiative known as the GUIDE Program which is offering up to *$2,500.00 of annual respite care and other valuable resources at no cost to individuals living with dementia as well as the family members who care for them.
Here are the criteria to be eligible to receive these \u201cno cost to you\u201d Dementia services. The
