Readers vote online for their favorite businesses in over 80 categories. Sarah and Greg Lane, co-owners of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstlighthomecare.com\/home-healthcare-olympia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> FirstLight Home Care \u2013 South Sound<\/a>, accepted the award and said they were honored to be voted the winner of \u201cBest Home Health Care Agency.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe can think of no greater accolade than being chosen as \u2018Best\u2019 by the people in our community, the clients we serve and our colleagues in health care,\u201d said Sarah Lane after accepting the <em>Best of South Sound<\/em> award. \u201cThis is a reflection of the tremendous work done every day by our caregivers, who are dedicated to providing the best possible care to our clients and their families.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Best of South Sound<\/em> award is the third satisfaction honor won by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstlighthomecare.com\/home-healthcare-olympia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FirstLight Home Care \u2013 South Sound<\/a> this year. In January, FirstLight also accepted two awards from Home Care Pulse, the leading independent performance and quality satisfaction firm in the home care industry. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstlighthomecare.com\/home-healthcare-olympia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FirstLight Home Care \u2013 South Sound<\/a> received both the <em>Best of Home Care Provider of Choice Award<\/em> and the <em>Best of Home Care Employer of Choice Award<\/em>, the only home care agency in Thurston County to receive either award.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur goal is to be the best home care agency in this area, and to accomplish that, we\u2019ve focused on building a team of outstanding caregivers to serve our clients,\u201d added Greg Lane. \u201cWhile we\u2019re not in this to win awards, being voted as the \u2018Best Home Health Care Agency\u2019 in the South Sound is validation that our clients and their families are happy with the care we are providing and our referral partners in the health care community trust us to take great care of their patients.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FirstLight Home Care today was named \u201cBest Home Health Care Agency\u201d in the 2015 Best of South Sound award ceremony hosted by the Thurston County Chamber.
