Our mission is to make our clients feel safe, comfortable and cared for, wherever they call home. But simply believing we provide this level of care isn’t good enough. We believe we must continually evaluate our care standards on a regular basis.
Therefore, at FirstLight Home Care, we work with an independent third-party research firm to perform random, quarterly client satisfaction surveys. This feedback is used to regularly review our performance and maintain our standards for care. All ratings from client satisfaction surveys are based on a 5-point scale.
