The hiring process was professional and thorough, including an interview, background check, and drug screening, which gave me confidence in the quality of the agency. The orientation and training were excellent and really set FirstLight apart from other home care agencies. They take the time to ensure caregivers are prepared, supported, and equipped to provide the best care possible.
I appreciate working for a company that values its caregivers and maintains high standards of care. I would highly recommend FirstLight Home Care of Rockwall to both caregivers looking for a great place to work and families seeking compassionate, reliable care for their loved ones. -
When I called the phone number to get some information, Snow, the co owner of the company, actually answered the call herself! i was so impressed that we made an appointment for the very next day. Her partner, Jeffrey, did a lot of the … More paperwork and made it so easy to submit. He submitted the paperwork for the VA to help with payment. I would definitely recommend this company
to any of my friends, family and coworkers! -
