Administrator responsibilities include:
- Establish a rapport with staff, partners and referral sources
- Employ qualified personnel, ensure adequate staff education and ongoing evaluations
- Direct staff in the performance of their duties including admission, discharge and provision of service to clients
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college
- Two to five years of related supervisory experience of exempt and non-exempt personnel and/or training
- Management experience in a team-orientated workplace
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create and nurture long-lasting relationship
- Demonstrated proactive and reactive decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
