We are seeking a HR Recruiting Specialist who will be responsible for finding the highest quality of talented caregivers to bring onto the FirstLight team. This is a part-time position reporting to Executive Director & Owner, Wendy Adlerstein.
The HR Recruitment Specialist is a vital position at FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston and the ideal candidate must be able to work at a fast-paced level with superior people skills, be mission-driven and demonstrate great attention-to-detail. Creativity on where to recruit for caregivers as well as the ability to utilize web-based recruitment sites and social media is paramount. Excellent written and oral communications skills, and an ability to multi-task and see tasks through completion amid frequent interruptions
This is a great opportunity for someone who holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has an interest in recruiting/HR, but also has a compassionate attitude toward care of the sick and elderly. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer services skills are a must.
