The Conversation Project opens the dialogue on May 1st at 6 p.m. at FirstLight Homecare in Needham."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.firstlighthomecare.com\/home-healthcare-west-suburban-boston\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2019\/04\/Arza-Goldstein-headshot-03-31-19-300x246.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"246\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1769 alignleft\" \/>Arza\u00a0Goldstein<\/strong>, who manages a private practice as an <em>End of Life\u00a0Doula<\/em>, helping the dying and their families make the time that remains <em><strong>less stressful and more meaningful<\/strong><\/em>, will lead a workshop on <strong>Wednesday, May 1st at 6 p.m<\/strong>., at FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston, 109 \u2013 123 Highland Avenue, Suite 301, Needham, MA\u00a0 02494 (directly across from Panera Bread and between TD Bank and Petco).<\/p>\n<p>The program, named <strong>\u201cThe Conversation Project\u201d<\/strong>, was developed by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, and is centered on how sharing your wishes for end-of-life care can bring you closer to the people you love.<\/p>\n<p>The Conversation Project Nation Survey (2018) underscores the following statistics \u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>92% of people say that talking with their loved ones about end-of-life care is important.<\/li>\n<li>32% have actually done so.<\/li>\n<li>21% of people say they haven\u2019t had the conversation because they don\u2019t want to upset their loved ones.<\/li>\n<li>53% say they\u2019d be relieved if a loved one started the conversation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Arza Goldstein is an entrepreneur, journey woman and advocate.
