Her role includes overseeing schedules, managing client&#8217;s individual needs and the performance of the caregiver team. Anya works closely with our caregivers, clients and their families to find the best matches to ensure a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes mutual respect and trust. Anya graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in English as well as a minor in French. Prior to joining FirstLight, she worked as a Case Manager overseeing home care clients.\u00a0 She has also previously worked with children as well as in a customer support role in a customer-focused company. Anya has been dedicated to helping others throughout her working career and is committed to being a part of a team that helps people get the exceptional care that they deserve. In her personal time, Anya enjoys the creativity in cooking, literature, and film.
