Our client&#8217;s satisfaction with our services is very important to us. Home Care Pulse conducts professional, phone interviews with a sample of our clients each month.&nbsp; &nbsp;This feedback helps us improve our care and remain a top provider of choice.&nbsp; In a 5 to 10-minute phone call, a Home Care Pulse&nbsp;Satisfaction Research Associate asks our clients to rate<strong> FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston<\/strong> on several categories on a scale of 1-10.  Ratings include areas like outcome satisfaction with the impact of our services on daily life and the ability of our caregivers to provide the care needed.
