FirstLight Home Care is an outstanding choice if you or a family member have any kind of need for assistance or care at home. I’ve worked very closely with some of their staff and clients since I am in the long term care insurance business … More with Mutual of Omaha and am just amazed with how involved they are in such a positive way with the community and their clients. FirstLight is one of the few home health care companies I know of that regularly send out a supervisor to make sure everything service-wise is being provided at a level that can never be less than excellent, AND they accept long-term care insurance as a way to cover all costs. And a special shout out to the lovely Ms. Jennifer Green who never fails to go above and beyond for anyone that she can help. She is truly a difference maker in so many lives and I am so grateful to have met her! -
FirstLight is by far the best Home Care agency in Tampa, period.

Both Jennifer and Janice were very responsive when we called with … More an emergent need and were able to quickly accommodate and set up services for our loved one who was just returning from a hospital stay. The staff who worked with our loved one were on time, professional, and kept us informed via the First Light contact. -

Their caregivers are employees, so they share their observations with the team and make recommendations to families when they see different needs. Communication is such a high … More priority when working with a caregiver and their communication goes above and beyond expectations! FirstLight doesn't have minimum hour requirements, so they can best suit your needs. Thank you for all you do! Special shout out to Jennifer Green, who is always there to answer questions and help families navigate their caregiving needs! -

amazing in our time of need. They came to our house, assessed our needs, and found the right caregivers to match us with. It provided me with the confidence to return to work knowing that there was someone … More there with my husband in case he needed assistance or ran into a problem. The caregiver was extremely friendly and pleasant and was very helpful.
I would highly recommend this organization for anyone looking for a little extra care for their loved one.
