I cannot say enough positive things about First Light Home Care of Oak Park. Margot and John quickly responded to our need of care for my father. They had someone covering a shift within 24 hours. A week later we asked to add another shift … More of care and this was again done the next day. My dad had entered hospice care and Margot’s compassion and care was unprecedented. Margot communicated with me every shift to keep me up to date regarding my dad. I would like to especially recognize caretaker, Destiny. She was there when my dad passed, holding his hand. To know that my dad wasn’t alone in his final days was so reassuring. My brother and I took turns seeing my dad everyday, but it was emotionally difficult for us. Margot’s team helped make this very difficult time in our lives manageable. Thank you Margot and First Light Care of Oak Park. -
