First Light has been a absolutely wonderful answer to my needs. The staff … More that came to the house to interview me were friendly and very helpful, attentive and sympathetic to my needs.
Also their terms of service and cost are the most favorable in this industry. And I did my research on cost, service and reputation.
The did a exceptional job on ensuring the caregiver they assigned me matched my needs and I believe they also took care to find someone who matches my personality. My caregiver is a absolute angel and it feels like we are old friends.
I also approve of the fact this company invests in their employees by providing up to date training and certifications at no cost to the employee. They also treat their employees as a person not a number. This not only motivates the caregivers it is the hallmark of great leadership from the owners.
You will be very pleased using this exceptional local business. -
