My daughter got married on 6th July 2024. I wanted my Mother (78 years old) based in India to attend the wedding. My Mother has osteoarthritis and mobility issues. We called up Omar who patiently understood the situation and instantaneously … More told us not to worry. That was a huge relief. Omar and and Yasmine visited us and took a detailed account of my Mother's situation. I arrived with my Mother on a Non-Stop 15 hour flight from overseas on 23rd June. Omar was there with the caregiver at he airport to receive us. They introduced themselves to my Mother and made her feel comfortable. The caregiver helped my Mother shower, dress-up, served her breakfast and made her comfortable on the bed. The entertained my Mother with intelligent conversation and patiently listened to her conversations too. We engaged FirstLight Home Care of Piscatway from 23rd June to 14th July. For most of the days the caregiver spent 4 hours in the day and 4 hours in the evening. During the days of the wedding the caregiver proided us live-in services. Mom was very comfortable with the caregivers and this relieved our stress to enable us attend to our guests and conduct the wedding ceremony well. My Mother returned back overseas on 14th July. We woul like to express our thanks to all the caregivers. A special thanks to San Joseph and Sandy Zamora Chaa who left a very good impression on my Mother. Omar and Yasmine were available to us and made frequent check-ins to ensure my Mother was comfortable with the caregivers. A very nice, responsive and easy to deal with company. My mom needed home care after a hospital stay. I called them on a Sunday and they were more then happy to try to get someone to her house for Monday, and they did. That was a very big … More help for me because my mom’s hospital stay was unexpected. We got to meet a few of their aids and they were are all willing and able and it showed. They looked after my mom, and made sure she had everything she needed at the tips of her fingers and even did a little light house work. That was a pleasant surprise. The office staff was always available and very responsive to all my needs, and even helped with some out of the norm scheduling. They were always very nice and very easy to deal with.
