We needed a last minute caregiver for my husband so we could attend a special event. I tried several local organizations and none would help me because we were from out of state. FirstLight did everything possible to meet our needs. They … More did the needed assessment and provided us with a wonderful caregiver for our weekend event. We were able to enjoy our event and not worry anything. I actually wanted to take our caregiver home with me.
Everyone at FirstLight was amazing and they enabled us to enjoy our special event without worry.
I would recommend to anyone needing that special care. -
Our mother needed and wanted some assistance with cares and companionship. She wanted to allow us some respite as well. I had to reach out and get help coming into the home fast to help my mom on hospice and dad newly diagnosed with cancer. Bondalyn in the St Paul office was heaven sent, she got me all the help I needed and got schedule set up in a days … More time! Very thorough and detailed on the care needed for my mom, all caregivers were excellent and made this journey the best that it could have been. Highly recommend and appreciate their services. -
I used services for a few months. I was completely satisfied with each and every visit I was able to request all services I needed the staff was wonderful she was very sociable and did an awesome job completing all tasks each week and … More always asked if she could do anything more she arrived on time each week my foot has healed and I am no longer non weight bearing so services were no longer needed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help and companionship and would use again if necessary -
Working with Bondelyn and company to help my 87 year old mother at extremely short notice was simply fantastic. She was immediately available, visited us in the hospital on a Sunday afternoon, is always available whenever we need help or … More have questions… all in all, can't say enough nice things about FirstLight, not just Bondelyn but everyone there. -
The caregivers are very well trained and good at their jobs.
They are empathetic and kind.
