Meet Sean
Sean’s journey into home care is deeply personal. Growing up in Spain, with Spanish as his first language, he learned the value of community and compassion. But it was the experience of caring for his father during his courageous battle with brain cancer that truly shaped his understanding of what quality care means. He saw firsthand the challenges families face and the profound impact that dedicated, compassionate support can make.
A graduate of Cal Lutheran University with a degree in Communications, Sean understands the power of connection and communication. He believes in building genuine relationships with clients and caregivers alike, ensuring that everyone feels heard, valued, and respected.
Beyond his professional experience, Sean is passionate about giving back. He founded a non-profit dedicated to supporting individuals with autism, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
Sean is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where clients and caregivers feel like part of a caring family. He strives to bring peace of mind and comfort to those navigating challenging times, drawing from his own experiences to provide truly heartfelt care.
Stephanie Ruitenberg, Owner
Meet Stephanie
Stephanie brings a unique blend of creativity and heartfelt compassion to the world of in-home care. With a background in interior design, she understands the importance of creating environments that nurture well-being and comfort. Her journey into caregiving was deeply personal, driven by her experience as a primary caregiver for her grandmother during her battle with dementia.
A native Californian, Stephanie grew up in Los Angeles and now calls San Clemente home, where she’s raising her young family. She and Sean chose San Clemente not just for its beautiful coastal charm, but also because it’s the perfect place to build a strong, supportive community. They love the close-knit feel and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of their neighbors. This personal connection to San Clemente drives her passion for creating a supportive, nurturing environment for both clients and caregivers. Her commitment to providing exceptional care is rooted in her own family values and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
