She and her team met all our scheduling needs and even when we had last-minute changes or additions, they always came through for us. Every caregiver was … More compassionate, conscientious, and efficient, but Antoinette and Deanna were especially wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. During the past year, my mom and dad have experienced multiple health crises and both Deanna and Antoinette responded immediately and skillfully when emergency care was needed. After my dad passed away this year, all the caregivers have been especially gentle and kind to my mom as she works through her grief. Antoinette and Deanna even attended my dad’s celebration of life service. The whole FirstLight team send us cards, flowers, and a beautiful basket filled with a variety of goodies. I will be forever grateful for the love and care that they showed my whole family. -
Excellent care and good communication between client and admin. Fast turnaround when a caregiver is ill. Caregivers are always on time and go beyond and above their basic duties – which they do well. -

He took me through all the steps required to find my parent's caregivers, included me on all the conversations, helped us manage the insurance companies, and was open to our feedback as we met with possible caregivers. He was completely invested in finding the perfect match for both my Mother and Father. We've been extremely happy with the care my parents have been receiving. Their caregivers are kind and compassionate, knowledgeable and hard working. They are flexible and know how to handle both my parent's personalities. I have felt so safe knowing that my parents are in good hands with their caregivers. And when we've had emergencies and needed additional care at the last minute, Ernesto went above and beyond to assist us in getting the assistance my parent's needed. Life throws punches. When you need to hit back hard, look to FirstLight of Santa Clarita. Two elderly family members, a husband and wife team, became desperately ill with COVID. In a panic, I sought services for home health care. I called … More FirstLight; Ernesto Ortega, the General Manager, answered the phone. Ernesto asked the right questions, provided comfort, and offered to conduct an evaluation the next day. Immediately following the evaluation, Ernesto set into action a chain of assistance that made my life easier and even better, secured the comfort of my family members. His service team is "A+" and within three weeks of the care provided, my family has regained strength, confidence, and a new outlook on life. Hands down, FirstLight is the first stop and only stop to ensure receipt of quality service. -
5 stars is not enough for FirstLight Home Care. They work effortlessly with me to help my brother out who recently had his leg amputated. They are reasonably priced and affordable. So very happy I found these angels. -
