The company (especially Sydney) works very hard to adjust the schedule to meet my doctors appointments. … More Melissa not only cares for me and my home, she runs errands for me like going to the pharmacy, mailing packages, helps with groceries, and even takes me to get my hair cut. As a Director of Nursing for a Hospice company, I have used many different home care agency's and found it very difficult to find a dependable one. Once … More I experienced FirstLight I knew I would never use any other agency again! The aides are so caring, dependable, and everyone communicated very well with our staff and the families. With FirstLight on the case were able to have peace of mind knowing if there was a change in condition it would be communicated immediately. My favorite thing about FirstLight Home Care is that no shift ever goes uncovered and the aides are matched with the clients. The nurses do introductions with the patients and caregivers to ensure they are a good fit. I have never had anything like that with any other agency. I could go on and on about the quality service of this organization. I am truly one of their biggest fans!! You won't be disappointed choosing this company as your healthcare agency! -
