Recruiter responsibilities include:
- Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers, reviewing organization plans and following objectives
- Build applicant pool by researching and contacting various candidate sources
- Assist with the hiring process of caregivers: processing applications, background screening, interviewing and reference validation
- Take initiative and determine actions to meet goals
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- One to three years of related recruiting or human resources experience and/or training
- Advanced knowledge of non-medical home care or healthcare industry
- Outstanding relationship building and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
