FirstLight has been helping to take care of our father since December 2022 and during that time we all have adjusted through the ups and downs; though there have been more ups than downs during that time! Robyn, the owner, has been very … More supportive and receptive when changes have been needed and/or challenges have been faced; which is something that has also been reflected in her staff.
FirstLight has provided several caregivers over the years to help assist our father with day-to-day functions such as meals, medications, light housekeeping, doctor appointments, and exercises. But I think the one thing he likes the best is that each one will take the time to simply communicate with him about how he's doing, his former military life, what he likes to do, etc., they basically also perform in the capacity of a companion too! -
I love the care I've received from First Light. All of my regular Caregivers have been exceptional. Martha organized everything I needed and made sure each Caregiver knew what to do. Cynthia always took great care of me, my home and … More always made sure I had delicious meals. Denise not only made sure I had a good night routine, she was awesome company. She also made sure I was ready for PT. Andrea and Breanna were my weekend crew and made sure I got around town.
I use a sit to stand machine. Everyone was required to watch a video and familiarize themselves with it's use. I will recommend this company to everyone. Robyn the owner really cares and Christine is a great scheduler. I was never without care. -
In a time of need what a refuge I found in the Firstlight care agency. This home care has been a beacon in the what I called a storm of challenges for my sister who has a debilitating health issue.
My sister has been a client of Firstlight … More for almost two years and the support of this agency has bern life changing (thankfully)
The present aide who has now assisted my sister
for sometime is phenomenal. She consistently provides top shelf service and is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. The aide has provided such nurturing companionship and goes out out of her way accommodating the many requests. I don’t believe I can fully convey in words the heartfelt gratitude my family extends to the side for her loving and attentive manner. -
Mom loves the service FirstLight Homecare provides. Very professional with caring people who provide excellent support. -
I wanted someone to care for my mother like family, thanks to First Light I found just that. -

I think my husband's aides(2) are perfect match. They are very attentive to him and patient. The office keeps me abreast of changes in coverage and follows up. -
