We have been using First Light Caregivers for 3 years. We have services 2 hours in am and 2 hours pm, 7 days a week.

They made the process of bringing my mom back home from the hospital as smooth as possible, and I had no worries about the warm-hearted and trained caregivers who came daily to attend to her needs. They do an excellent job especially Denise Marceron who keeps us advised about the patient all the time. Their Nurses are very kind and helpful. We can certainly recommend them.

Owners Rich and Michelle Kase and Janice Bayruns are trustworthy professionals who I knew would take excellent care of my mom. They made the process of bringing my mom back home from the hospital as smooth as possible, and I had no worries about the warm-hearted and trained caregivers who came daily to attend to her needs. I was very pleased with the service I have received from First Light. All of the caregivers have been very competent and I definitely refer them to other people.
I’ve been working with First Light Home Care for almost 4 years. A big shout out to our scheduling team Amanda and Kristi. Not to mention our great team in HR. Renee always goes above and beyond to assist in whatever needs we have. HR also takes care of their staffs when there’s a problem between clients and staff. Great place to work. Love them all.

I’ve had a number of great experiences referring this company AND being a client myself after a surgery. Thank you to the owner for always stepping up to help in the community and with the loved ones of my friends and clients. I can’t fathom what the deal is with the (apparently) disgrunted employee who left one of the other reviews, but it’s unfortunate and NOT my experience over the course of YEARS of dealing with the company.
