This company is top notch. The women that Firstlight sent (Anela, Monica, and Jessica) to care for my my father who was bedridden with dementia was tremendous.
Each woman cared for my father on different shifts and gave my father tlc as … More if it was their own father. Without Firstlights help, my family would have been devastated.
Each woman always went above and beyond what was expected and we can't thank each of them enough. Always on-time, always asking how my father was feeling prior to their start, and always showing true emotion.
My father entered hospice today 2/24/26, otherwise Jessica would still be taking care of my father. Thank you all and Firstlight East for choosing the the best women to help my father throughout the past 6+ months -
My husband is a Vietnam veteran he has mixed dementia along with loss of vision, these are just two of his daily battles.
We are very blessed to have Daphney in our life. She’s so good with him, always kind and speaks calmly to him. She … More knows him and anticipates what he needs very well. If you’ve ever dealt with this disease you know how difficult meals can become. When he says he’s not hungry, he is, she makes food that he eats every time.
I’ve had a few surgeries this past year and whatever I can’t keep cleaned here Daphney just does without me asking.
We’ve all had doctor appointments change but, Christyna and Daphney are always flexible, they move our schedule around to meet our needs every time.
Both of these ladies have helped me through some very difficult days, they listen patiently then, help me get back on track.
I really can’t think about not having them in our life. -
Want to thank First Light for the great support they have provided for me. I’m particularly grateful for the health aide who is assisting. Keith Rooks is a great provider and a great encourager. I appreciate him a lot and thank First Light … More for providing helpers who give assistance to those of us who really need it -
Gabby is absolutely fantastic. She’s so easy to work with, does everything you ask her, and does it well. She’s ajoy to have around. -
I am Mr. Miller and I live with my sister Charlie Anderson. First Light has been a life saver for me and her as my care giver. This company assists with any needs that I have. They are they are the best. -
