Great company with great staff that treat clients with the best care and utmost respect. I was brought on to the team fairly recently as a caregiver and have been giving numerous opportunities to excel within the company. Yeisha Llopiz … More assisted me in the hiring process as well as training in each step with individual clients and their specific needs. She presents unwavering professionalism and character in her role and position at the company not to mention vast knowledge in the field of caregiving. 10/10 recommend working with her and this company. -
I really enjoy working with my caregiver, Autumn. She is amazing and is always wanting to help me out. Char is also amazing and is great at communicating with me for scheduling. Overall I am very pleased with the service they provide. -

I recommend First Light & their caregiving services. They have cared for my 92 year old dad 2 hours a day over the last 6 months. I appreciate being able to text them at any time & their responsiveness. If their caregiving staff … More was low & they could not fill a day, or they were substituting caregivers, they would always contact me in advance & I appreciated that. Thank you Gayle for going above & beyond for my dad on Tues & Thursdays! Thank you staff Brenda, Anthony & Marissa for your excellent communication. You’ve been a blessing! -
FirstLight was wonderful in providing additional special needs care for my father, who was in reminiscence at an assisted living facility. He needed follow-on physical therapy rehab, and FirstLight worked with dad's physical therapist … More to gain his trust and confidence to start walking with a walker again.
In addition to more personal, regular attention than the assisted living facility could provide, FirstLight was able to recognize a declining condition before the facility acknowledged the problem. They were professional in working with the facility staff in a cooperative manner. They worked with us to tailor dad's special needs, and were great at keeping us informed of weekly status and issues found.
Kirsten & all at FirstLight were fantastic at helping us with maintaining my father's quality of life. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking elder care at home. -

First Light has gone the extra mile for us and helped to secure a last-minute ride to an appointment … More for Dad. The caregivers have all been very professional and caring. We hired First Light to help Mom with her medications, checking on her oxygen, assisting with showers, getting her to meals on time, and checking on her before retiring for the night. The caregivers are great people and truly very helpful … More with Mom's needs. Charlene is very caring and knowledgeable. Some elderly folks can be somewhat contrary, intimidating, and don't want to cooperate with anyone. Scheduling is great!! Kirsten is VERY accommodating and has been a pleasure to work with. -

My mother hired these fine people to help me when I was home alone as a new mother. They came in to sit with my newborn to help me get a few hours of sleep each weekend. I had a few different ladies over the course of our first two months … More together, and each of them were lovely. I felt comfortable having them in my home, comfortable with them taking care of my new son, and grateful for the chance to get a few hours of sleep. The owner, Kirsten was beyond fantastic. The scheduler was great… Everyone was very responsive. I highly recommend!
