Crystal first joined FirstLight Home Care of Dothan as a Caregiver, and her natural compassion and leadership quickly led her into management. With over 10 years in the home care field, she brings both hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what families truly need.
Crystal believes in leading with heart, listening closely, and building genuine connections with every client. She loves knowing her work makes a meaningful difference in someone’s day.
Outside of the office, Crystal can be found with her family, on the water kayaking or sailing, or in the kitchen testing out a new recipe.

Marissa Marise | Scheduling Coordinator
Marissa brings 14 years of experience in the healthcare field, beginning her career as a caregiver before moving into Human Resources. Her hands-on background gives her a strong understanding of both the caregivers she supports and the families we serve.
As our Scheduling Coordinator, Marissa plays a key role in keeping care running smoothly day to day. She works closely with caregivers and clients to ensure schedules are consistent, reliable, and supportive of everyone’s needs.
Marissa is known for her positivity, her ability to connect with others, and her willingness to help wherever she’s needed. She brings a steady, team-focused approach that helps both caregivers and families feel supported. Outside of the office, Marissa is a proud mom of three. She enjoys traveling, trying new things, and making lasting memories with her kids.

Shayla Richardson | Hiring Manager (HR)
Shayla brings a strong background in talent development and a passion for building meaningful connections. She is dedicated to attracting and supporting caregivers who are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to those we serve.
With a natural ability to connect with people, Shayla focuses on fostering relationships with caregivers and creating a positive, welcoming experience from the very first interaction. She plays a key role in strengthening our team by ensuring every caregiver feels valued, supported, and aligned with our mission of delivering trusted, relationship-driven care to seniors and families in the Wiregrass area.
Outside of work, Shayla enjoys spending time with her family and children, making the most of meaningful moments together.

Stacie Williams | Reception & Recruiting Coordinator
Stacie serves as our Receptionist and Recruiting Coordinator, where she plays an important role in supporting both our office operations and caregiver hiring process. She is often the first friendly voice applicants hear, helping coordinate interviews and guiding new caregivers through the beginning stages of joining our team.
In her role, Stacie helps keep the front office running smoothly while creating a welcoming and supportive experience for everyone who walks through the door. She is known for her warm personality, strong communication skills, and ability to make others feel comfortable and valued.
Outside of work, Stacie loves spending time with her daughters, caring for her dogs, gardening, and trying out new restaurants. Her caring nature and positive attitude make her a valued part of our team and the families we serve each day.

Ashley McGee | Community Liaison
Ashley has been part of FirstLight Home Care for more than 14 years, originally owning and operating the company with her husband. Her passion for serving families and her deep roots in the Dothan community inspired her to stay on as VP of Sales.
With long-standing connections across local hospitals, care facilities, and VA centers, Ashley serves as our community liaison—bringing people together and ensuring families know where to turn for compassionate, reliable care. Her belief in our mission is personal as well: her own mother is a FirstLight client.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys living up life with her husband and her children. She’s known for her vibrant personality, her love of football, and great local restaurants. Having lived in Dothan most of her life, Ashley is truly the heartbeat of our community presence.

Krystal Pruitt | On-Call Coordinator
Krystal—known to the team as “KP”—brings over 13 years of home care experience to FirstLight Home Care. With a deep understanding of client needs and caregiver workflow, she plays an important role in keeping care consistent and dependable.
As our On-Call Coordinator, KP manages after-hours support and responds quickly to urgent situations. Her steady presence, organization, and quick problem-solving help ensure families and caregivers feel supported at all times.
KP is known for her reliability, compassion, and dedication to creating positive experiences for both clients and caregivers. She takes pride in making a meaningful difference and helping individuals maintain comfort, independence, and peace of mind at home.
