I called FirstLight Home Health Care just by chance and I got lucky! Wonderful Chris came right to my house, went over everything with me that I could anticipate for my upcoming surgery and my recovery at home. I am 77 and live alone in my own home with a dog. They supplied me with a wonderful nurse who was caring, calm, intelligent, and sweet. I couldn’t have asked for better help plus, on this Sunday morning, just yesterday, I learned I was being discharged from the hospital. So, without any notice, I texted Chris at home on Sunday at 7:30 AM! She was right there for me and set everything up for my hospital pick up with a nurse and transportation home for me. Chris went out of her way to help me. They are the ones you want. Trust me. I know! From experience.
Very caring & helpful staff & workers. Excellent care giving by Christian Genest. Excellent with his patient, hands on patience with the elderly which is important as the elderly needs alot of that.
