Jaime Garza, Owner
Jaime is the proud owner of FirstLight Home Care of Frisco and a retired Green Beret, committed to delivering compassionate, in‑home care support to families throughout the Frisco community. Following a distinguished military career, Jaime launched FirstLight Home Care of Frisco in 2024 celebrated its grand opening with strong community backing and heartfelt enthusiasm. With a passion for empowering seniors and their loved ones, he now channels his leadership experience and service ethic into helping others have “their best day, every day.”
Brenda Lyons, Care Coordinator
With a passion for helping others, I’ve spent several years in home care and over 26 years working in surgery, primarily in level one trauma centers in Connecticut. While I value my surgical background, my heart led me back to home care, where I feel I can make the most meaningful impact.
I find joy in forming lasting relationships, being a source of support and inspiration. My greatest source of strength comes from God. I’m driven by compassion, enjoy building relationships, and love bringing a smile to someone’s face. In my free time, I find peace in nature—walking trails, watching sunsets, and listening to the sounds.
