Walking and Mobility

Many older adults can benefit from regular movement. FirstLight caregivers help with walking and mobility while carefully considering each client’s ability and capacity to move around, climb stairs and complete other routine movements.

Transfer and Posture Care

Our personal care services focus on making sure clients maintain proper posture while sitting to eat, read or watch television. This type of care also assists older adults with getting in and out of bed, a chair or a vehicle.

Continence and Toileting Care
