Marla, Kim, Lynn, Mary Joy, LaShonda, Vicky, Paige and Marissa have all been kind, patient and professional and Matt has been wonderful. In fact he personally visited her in the hospital and has worked with us to figure things out. We cannot thank him and the group enough, and would recommend them to our friends and family in a heartbeat. -

When our Mom was taken to the hospital in an emergency, … More they provided a complete wrap of services during the hospital stay. Then they arranged the discharge and finally coordinated immediate 24 care at home. The caregivers are all skilled and professional. Marla, my Mom's main carer has become part of the family. She has gone above and beyond for my Mom and our whole family. Her problem solving, responsiveness and understanding of my Mom's health predicament has been an enormous comfort to my Mom. I can't say enough about our appreciation. In fact all the caregivers have been amazing. Mary Joy and Vicky both stepped in, preventing my Mom from a possible fall. Every one of the caregivers has been kind, alert and invested in my Mom's
well-being. Marisa, the office manager has supported my Mom in her home during a medical crisis and she has stepped in helping us navigate our long term care insurance as well. Matt, the owner is basically available 24/7. He has been a knowledgeable, professional resource in all ways. He is responsive and flexible and has a true commitment to excellent patient care. We cannot thank the Firstlight team enough for their exceptional dedication and compassion, allowing my Mom to live in her home while providing the family with the reassurance that our Mom is both safe and being cared for. My mother truly enjoyed meeting Matt and was matched with the perfect care person, Linda. Their in home safety assessment was very helpful, delivered with compassion and honesty to my 81 year old, independent mother, who wasn’t interested in changing her ways.
