We used FirstLight services to care for my mom for almost 3 years in her home. We were very lucky to find such loving and compassionate caregivers. They were knowledgeable about Mom's issues and truly cared about her well being as … More well as helping the family learn how to adapt to her changes. They helped make a difficult situation more bearable. I would highly recommend FirstLight for home care services. -
I don't get these negative reviews, but notice most are from former disgruntled employees. Maybe not meeting the high standards of the company? First Light, Deb and Leatha, have been excellent, completely professional in all respects, … More reliable and found trustworthy help to match Mom's needs. My mom loves her caregiver, Amy. She has become family to us over the last year and a half. Amy texts me with frequently with updates or concerns, and often surprises Mom with small joys like artwork from her kids or home baked cookies. She is dependable, kind, competent, and has made Mom happy and content even though she is homebound. We adore her and I feel so lucky we found First Light and Amy!!! They were recommend by my neighbor who also used their services for years (and felt the same way about their caregiver). -
First Light Home Care is a business full of wonderfully caring people! We have been blessed with Chance as a caregiver for my husband who suffers from dementia. There are not enough kind words to say about him and how he cares for my … More husband. He is kind, compassionate and has the ability to put my husband at ease as he tends to his needs. I believe that this is a true "calling" for Chance, not just a job. He goes over and above what you might expect at every visit.
Not only does he care for my husband but he always has a kind uplifting word for me when stress tries to overwhelm me. Thank you, Chance, and First Light Home Care for being such a blessing to our family. -
My Caregiver Charelle provides. great care as I recovering from my Spinal cord injury and the staff at 1st Light are helpful. -
Everyone is so nice and helpful with my care. Shenita, Juju, Michelle, Grace, Mrs. G, Marci, Deb, go above and beyond for me! They always have a smile 😃 and they always have positive energy! Highly recommended -
Great place to work no problem getting time off clients are able to request for workers .very great friendly place to work and they work with your availability to work.all the office staff works with you if you need time off or if there … More a problem they will get on it . Marcy is an hard cheerful positive worker she goes the extra mile for each client Lacher As a very outgoing person with a great person reality if there’s any emergency, she will step up and go in . Leatha it’s also a very hard worker goes to extra mile very friendly with everyone.
