Parul, one of the owners, stays closely involved and regularly checks in to make sure my dad is comfortable and being cared for with dignity and respect. The Director and nurse spent a great deal of time listening carefully to my mom and to our family concerns. They created a detailed, thoughtful care plan that truly reflected her needs. They took incredible care in selecting a caregiver who was not only qualified, but also the right personality match for her. The Director and Nurse were present in our home to train and acclimate the caregiver so she fully understood my mom’s routines and preferences.
We appreciated that they provided a consistent, dedicated aide, with a reliable trained backup whenever her regular caregiver was unavailable. Every caregiver who came into our home was well trained, attentive, organized, and deeply patient. They were respectful, gentle and genuinely kind to both my mom and to our family. They always arrived on time, communicated clearly and treated my mom with dignity and compassion.
Their support gave us tremendous peace of mind during a very difficult time. We are deeply grateful for the exceptional care they provided and highly recommend First Light Home Care to anyone seeking quality. Consistent and compassionate home care.
