FirstLight Home Care is our go-to personal care for my elderly mother with dementia. Personal care & attention is what Lolita, Jacqui & staff are all about. We have used their services (Companion Care) several times and one time … More was last minute care needed with only allowing a two day notice & they were able to accommodate us without any problems. Every time we have utilized their service their arrival time is early, 10-15min before scheduled start time and ready to begin. We have experienced four companion care staff members and everyone is polite and respectful of your home and belongings. Initial start Lolita and/or Jacqui will review all items/questions/concerns you may have but I may assure you if your looking for care of a loved one look no further than FirstLight Home Care for your needs as you will not be disappointed. -

I have ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and I am wheelchair-bound. I needed help starting from very early in the morning (5:00 a.m.). Lolita was able to find a caregiver who was willing to drive up to our house so early in the morning. So … More far, this caregiver has never been late. She is well trained to take care of disabled people like me. She does it with utmost care, compassion and above all with a smile. Even the substitute caregiver who came one day was equally good. Lolita and her staff are very friendly and they try to address your needs. There were a few issues with scheduling; but they were eventually resolved. I would strongly recommend FirstLight Home Care to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate caregiver. -

She is able to take him for short walks, drive him to Dr appointments and gives us the medical feedback so we can better help him. He enjoys his care giver very much. The staff at FirstLight are always helpful in adding additional help on very short notice. I highly recommend FirstLight for exceptional care of loved ones! -

FirstLight came out to do the needs assessment … More and assigned a caregiver right away. Both the office and care staff are very professional, easy to work with and try to accommodate any changes in schedule. The office staff always responds to our inquiries quickly, either by text message, email or phone call. The caregiver Dulce is kind and gentle and we're very pleased with her service. We're fortunate to find FirstLight in our times of need. -
