Their care team listen what you need and pay attention to little details of what you are looking for. Many caregivers that come are very quality, friendly, professional. Always punctual, kind, friendly, and professional. … More If a caregiver needs a day off, the agency tries very hard to find a replacement. Our regular caregiver 2 days a week, Cheyenne, is amazing. She somehow gets lots of housework done and also keeps a close eye on my busy husband. I feel so lucky to have her, and also confident that he will be safe with her when I am away from home. -

Prior to the time to start the work a conformation call was made about times and dates with a schedule for Julie to visit the house and cover the needs and expectations we had of the work.
FirstLight Home Care was very responsive to our needs and exceeded our requirements. -

She is acutely aware of her responsibilities and effectively works with the client, client’s family, and the agency to maximize the care plan.
She has utmost respect for the client and her role, has developed positive relationships with client’s family, as well the staff and residents of the client’s living facility, and is a pleasure to be around.
She has raised the bar against which, future caregivers will be compared.
