First Light Home Care has been a jewel to work with. When we have to change schedules, they make it happen. The people we have had out to the house have been caring and kind. They have gone the extra mile to make us comfortable with them, … More they are almost like family now. Even at the start they were very careful to make sure we understood what they could do and what we expected to be done so there were no misunderstandings.
Kayla is our Primary Caregiver, and she has been great. She is always on time, upbeat and positive with us. She is a quick learner and very accommodating with our needs. She is the main reason we give First Light 5 stars! -

A well satisfied customer. I reached out to Marty at first light on July 5th while we were traveling and needed some assistance with care and transferring from a bed to a power wheelchair. He was exceptionally accommodating, he has had … More expert training with the Hoyer lift and was able to help in a difficult situation where the bed was too tall for the Hoyer lift. In speaking with him while as he was helping I found that he was a man who really has a heart for the Home Health Services and he has reasonable rates. If you need home care or are looking for an exceptional place to work in the home health field, working for Marty at First Light Home Care would be an excellent choice. I don't know if concierge services are something that he regularly provides, working for someone who is traveling and in a motel, but his Services were excellent and if he does this well in a nontypical environment I can imagine that his services would be even better in a home where the environment is more stable and predictable. Thank you one more time Marty. My experience working with you through your agency was fantastic! Richard Rapp -
Very friendly office staff. My father is very well treated. His caregiver Iveth has been a Godsend. She has become part of our family. Iveth is very dedicated to my dad. She’s a very hard worker. -
