FirstLight came into our lives unexpectedly. Their response time was almost immediate, and their level of compassion and professionalism was beyond compare. There are not enough stars or positive words I can use to describe how amazing … More this organization was for us. John and Bridget set everything up in the morning and there was a care giver at my dad’s home that afternoon. Alisha’s care of my dad will bring tears to my eyes for a very long time. Although we did not anticipate this would ultimately be end of life care, we are so grateful for the compassion and dignity she gave to my dad near the end. The next day would be his last and Mark stayed, bathed and kept my father comfortable until his literal last breath. The people we interacted with at FirstLight are angels that walk amongst us. They were calming and caring. They gave us and my father peace. A thank you feels insufficient to express our unending gratitude. May you all know that we are honored to have had you with us. -
