We were referred to John Richards at Firstlight, and we didn’t know at the time that it was the best referral we could have asked for. They had an aide in place before the end of that day. These situations can’t be easy for them, but they made it seamless to us. For the next month, my mother needed different levels of care. The flexibility, professionalism, and care they provided were top notch. My family and I observed firsthand how the Firstlight aides treated our mother, always showing her the respect that she so deserved. I can’t thank them enough for the quality of care they provided my family during this very difficult time. -
