FirstLight is About People
Home Care is Not a Career, It’s a Calling
We know your first priority when choosing a home care provider is finding someone you can trust and rely on… someone who will care for your loved one as you would, and as we would our own. We’ve been where you are, and this is one of the main reasons we chose to be in this business.
Operations Manager/Care Coordinator
Sherry leads the talented team of caregivers who help adults of all ages enjoy the best quality of life possible by offering non-medical care wherever they need it. An experienced CNA herself, Sherry has experience providing top quality in-home care. She educates FirstLight’s caregivers, families, and members of the community on the value in-home care provides to those in need. Seniors who need some assistance in order to stay independent in their homes, families with members who have special needs or disabilities, someone recovering from an illness or surgery, even people who just need someone to talk to and visit with as they move through life: FirstLight is here for all of them, and for you.
Here’s what our Phoenix Area Home Care clients and their families have to say:
“Our daughter has been chronically ill for over two years and the medical team did not give her any hope for recovery. [We wanted] an in home companion to try to lift her spirits and get her on her feet. We had several very good choices but chose FirstLight Home Care, we liked their enthusiasm and attitude.
[Our daughter] is now walking. This has made such a difference in [her] life. The doctors are amazed at her recovery. We attribute a great deal of our daughter’s new lease on life to FirstLight’s great choice of a companion.
Also, our daughter has been in the hospital several times since our time with FirstLight. We have been so pleasantly surprised by the support of the entire FirstLight Team.”

“My mother was a dementia patient and the caregiver knew exactly what to do to help my mother.
“My mother was found on the floor one day and thanks to my caregiver she was saved and sent to the hospital. The owner sat with me in the waiting room while we waited for six hours for news of my mother. She didn’t charge me. She came on her own time!”
