Stacey Harvey, Owner/President of Business Operations

Stacey Harvey has spent more than 10 years serving older adults and their families with compassion, respect, and personalized care. She believes the best care begins with building meaningful relationships, listening to each family’s unique needs, and helping clients maintain their independence and dignity.

As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Stacey is passionate about supporting families through every stage of the aging journey. She is also committed to educating the community by providing dementia awareness and caregiver training for local organizations, businesses, healthcare professionals, and community groups.

Outside of FirstLight, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband—who is also her business partner—and their two children. You’ll often find her cheering on her daughter at travel soccer tournaments, supporting her son at track and field meets and robotics competitions, or making memories together as a family.

Stacey feels honored to serve the families of our community and is dedicated to helping every client feel safe, valued, and cared for. She believes that leading with compassion and treating every client like family is what makes FirstLight Home Care so special.

Mark Harvey, Owner/VP of Community Relations

Mark Harvey is the proud co-owner of FirstLight Home Care, where he and his wife and business partner of more than 20 years are dedicated to helping seniors and families live with comfort, dignity, and independence. Together, they have built a trusted, family-owned business centered on compassion, integrity, and treating every client like family.

Beyond FirstLight Home Care, Mark is passionate about serving the community as a member of Fauquier TRIAD and as a member of the Board of Directors for VolTran. When he’s not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his twins—his daughter in soccer and track and field, and his son in robotics and track and field. His commitment to service, both at home and in the community, is at the heart of everything he does.

Lizzie Waln, Office Manager

Elizabeth Waln earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from James Madison University and is currently the Office Manager of FirstLight Home Care of Warrenton. She takes great pleasure in helping families each day by supporting compassionate, high-quality home care services. Having had a grandmother who was a caregiver for many years until her passing, Elizabeth finds that her work brings her closer to her grandmother’s legacy of service and compassion. This personal connection deepens her commitment to supporting both caregivers and the families they serve.

Elizabeth has been involved in softball for over 13 years, competing at both the club and collegiate levels, and remains connected to the sport by cheering on her sister, who is committed to play at the University of Alabama. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with friends, caring for her English bulldog, and traveling to visit family in Scotland and France.

Brittany Stanton, Scheduling Supervisor

Brittany is a Scheduling Supervisor who has overseen caregiver scheduling since May 2024. With a healthcare career that began in 2009 as a CNA—much of it dedicated to hospice care—she brings deep compassion, reliability, and practical expertise to her role. She coordinates caregiver schedules, supports patients, and manages calls with patience, clarity, and genuine care.
Brittany earned her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University, graduating with honors. She also serves as an assistant cheer and basketball coach, where she enjoys mentoring young athletes and staying connected to the sports she loves.

Above all, Brittany is a proud single mom to her ten-year-old daughter, who inspires her every day. She loves taking trips together—whether exploring new places or enjoying simple weekend getaways—as well as spending time with family and friends, watching short films, and staying involved in her community. Her lifelong devotion to caring for the elderly continues to shape both her work and her heart.
