This is one of the best health care experiences I have ever had. FirstLight caregivers are competent, caring, reliable and outright wonderful. Our experience started with Jennifer who visited our home within 3 hours of our call. She was … More warm and enlightening about their services. I felt relief immediately. Then came Amanda the scheduling coordinator whose communication and knowledge of how to match caregivers to their client was superb. Her frequent communication is very calming and reassuring. Then came the caregivers Joan and Victoria, Michelle and Diana. They flew in like angels and immediately took over my aunts care. I didn’t have to tell them a thing. It’s as if they knew us forever. Their anticipation skills are excellent. They were all competent and caring.
This is a very trying time but when FirstLight embraced my aunt as I would, it allowed me to prepare her new living quarters the way she would want it and take care of all the planning and preparation to assure a smooth transition. I can only say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Being in the healthcare environment for 40 years I have a critical eye for quality and leadership and FirstLight has both. -
I’ve been working with first light for 7 months now and this is the best employers I’ve worked for in years and that Amanda is sooooooo awesome she’s a very big help whenever you need her she’s a gem in my eyes -
