Her attention to detail and her helpful information dealing the VA and providing home care … More options is the reason we decided to go with her agency. Wr never felt alone during this process. Nicole placed us with one of her associates Aung and we just fell in love with him! He has so much patience when dealing with my dad and he pays close attention to all my dads needs. This is a first for my family to have to have a home health care aid and we truly won First Light placing Aung with our family. Again!!! Such a blessing…..

They have been excellent at finding very good caregivers on short notice and helping me maneuver through the complexities of dealing with claims, invoices and dealing with the health insurance companies. -
These people will come through for your family. The owner is an incredibly kind and compassionate woman who will literally do whatever she can to ensure that our clients are well taken care of. Highly recommend! -
