My mother was being released from the hospital and I was not going to be able to stay in town for long. I contacted Jeff at FirstLight HomeCare in Roswell to inquire about a caregiver. It has been a truly amazing experience. Obviously not living in town made me nervous about a stranger coming into my mother’s house. Jeff assured me that he only hires the best caregivers and he would trust them with his own mother.

I have been using FirstLight HomeCare for my parents in Roswell. Jeff and his team of caregivers have been amazing. My mother has some slight dementia and the caregiver has done a fabulous job of keeping her mentally stimulated, taking her for walks to keep her active and taking her on different errands and doctor’s visits. My dad has loved the meals she has cooked for them. Jeff has always been accessible, answering the phone every time I needed to ask a question or change the schedule.

We needed a little extra care for my mother-in-law and FirstLight HomeCare of North Fulton was amazing. We met with the owner, Jeff Duren, and he assured us that they would provide a caregiver who was a great match for her. Indeed they did. Sometimes my mother-in-law can be a challenge, but the caregiver knew exactly what to do at all the right times. I would highly recommend that if you need help for your family member call Jeff and his team.

FirstLight was super helpful keeping an eye on my dad after having his pacemaker replaced. He has dementia so having someone with him just to keep a watchful eye when we could not be with him was wonderful. The staff was attentive and very accommodating!

I highly recommend working with Isilda and her team. They were very supportive and encouraging as we worked together to determine care for my mom. Their caregivers were responsible and provided good care for my mom.

FirstLight Home Care is a first-class organization. I was in need of someone who could visit my dad to help him with basic things such as light cleaning, cooking and running errands. All of that was accomplished easily in a pleasant, compassionate manner. The biggest bonus however was none of that. Dakota, my dad’s caregiver, came to be a trusted companion. My dad looked forward to her coming and raved about her when she left. I was thankful she tackled some of his phone and computer issues. This was difficult for me as I am far away. She was always on time and if anything was amiss such as my dad not home, I got a call immediately. I would highly recommend these folks!

FirstLight Home Care came to our rescue when we were beside ourselves trying to care for our 101 year old mother in her own home. They were like angels answering prayer. Our thanks and gratitude to all the caregivers and the management. Each were caring and did whatever was needed to make a difficult situation easier.
