If we run into a scheduling problem another aide has always been brought in w … More no issues. This has only happened a couple of times in 7 months.
The office has been great working w insurances and billing’s to accommodate my dad’s situation.

I am a returning employee of FirstLight…I left the state for personal reasons, upon my return to the area positions were filled. I was "crushed" and couldn't wait to come back. Operationally this company is by far the BEST … More in the business and I am quite fortunate to have the opportunity of returning. From the Owner to the Caregiver this business is "Solid" and is quite well known for the way the standards are for each of us to follow from protocol/procedure to time/attendance. -
First Light has been taking care of my mother for 4 months now. According to her, they have been respectful and tender, and very responsible. I was afraid she would have to go to a nursing home for full care but this as an alternative has … More been much less restricting. One problem she has had is care in extreme weather; in winter storms, the caretakers can arrive late. Other than that, they have been a pleasure to work with.
