They also regularly go beyond their primary responsibilities by assisting my mom during quieter periods, offering help and support without being asked. That extra effort has made a meaningful difference for our family and shows their strong sense of responsibility, awareness, and compassion.
I'm an administrator in a 24-hour caregiving facility, so I am very familiar with the demands of this work and what quality care looks like in practice. Hope and Kim meet, and often exceed, those expectations. If it weren’t for the excellent care they provide to my aunt, I would recruit them myself 😆. We are extremely pleased with the level of care, professionalism, and consistency they bring every day.
