Holly’s career began in law, specializing in estate and long-term care planning, where she worked closely with families to coordinate care and advocate for their loved ones. Through her involvement in organizations such as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, she has remained committed to advancing policies that protect seniors and improve their quality of life.

Having seen the challenges many seniors face in accessing personalized care, Holly knew it had to become the norm, not the exception, for individuals to receive care in the comfort of their own homes, wherever that may be. Joining FirstLight Home Care of Chardon was her way of making that vision a reality.
