About FirstLight
in Fort Collins and Greeley

Home Care is Not a Career, It’s a Calling

We know your first priority when choosing a home care provider is finding someone you can trust and rely on… someone who will care for your loved one as you would, and as we would our own. We’ve been where you are, and this is one of the main reasons we chose to be in this business.

Executive Director, Lindsey Combs, and her daughter

Lindsey Combs, Executive Director

Lindsey has been with FirstLight Home Care of Fort Collins and Greeley, CO since right after the doors opened in September of 2015. Lindsey has worked in the health field since she graduated high school. First, she got her CNA license and worked at a local nursing home, where she found a love for the elder community. Shortly after, she was offered a position at Banner health in Greeley at NCMC. Lindsey spent 10+ years working all over the hospital as well as floating to rehab centers, psychiatric care, nearby hospitals for floor care, and staffing these facilities. Lindsey continued to work for Banner all the way through nursing school, where she completed her LPN and EMT certifications. As a native to CO, not only is she the Executive Director of FirstLight, she keeps busy raising her 4 children (Preston, Noah, River,  and Tymbur) with her husband Adam.

Lacey Bean, HR Director

Lacey Bean, HR Director

Lacey Bean is our HR Director and business partner. Lacey has been working with older adults for nearly the entirety of her career. It all began when she worked at a retail location that catered to baby boomers. After finishing her B.S. in Human Resources Management, Lacey began her professional career working at a Retirement Community where she gained meaningful and hands on experience. Funnily enough, Lacey left the industry for a stint of 6 months for an opportunity she could not pass up. It was a great role and one she enjoyed, but it did not take long for her to realize that her passion is in the Long-Term Care industry. She returned as quickly as possible and has been working with FirstLight Home Care since then, in 2016.

Along with her CNA license she also has 4 years of experience in Social Services in long term care. She enjoys working with the elder population and thrives on making lives better specializing in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. One of her proudest times in caregiving was caring for her grandmother who had vascular dementia and allowing her to spend the last 4 years of her life at home with those she loved, with Corine as her 24 hour caregiver. Corine is a native to Colorado and comes from a long line of caregivers in her family. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and her animals.

Tiffany Dann, Scheduling Coordinator

Tiffany Dann is FirstLight’s Scheduling Coordinator. She began as a caregiver with FLHC in August of 2020. She quickly fell in love with aiding and providing companionship to her clients, and her ability to connect with people made for a wonderful transition onto the office staff. Tiffany has always been associated with working in a customer service driven industry, so she truly loves people. Everyone has a unique story that makes them who they are, and for her it is a privilege to learn what that story is. In her spare time, Tiffany has a passion for dance; something she has been doing for 26 years. She is fortunate to have 2 wonderful children – Atticus and Kehlani – that have added immense joy and laughter to her life. While she does have her Associate’s degree in Elementary Education, she is hoping to continue her education within the medical realm once they get a little bit older. Her children have been an inspiration, and she wants to be the best role model she can be for them. She is thankful for this position. It’s a great feeling be part of a team that feels more like family. She looks forward to continuing to grow and thrive with FirstLight Home Care!
