The staff do not pressure me to pick up extra … More shifts I simply cannot attend. Management have never been unprofessional or rude instead opting to provide effective and concise supervision. The company’s emphasis is on doing the best job we can for our clients. 10/10 would recommend to anyone going into this field. -

Very caring, attentive, and respectful. Each staff member took the time to listen to our needs then matched us perfectly with a caregiver for dad. Cindy and Natasha were great !! Kept dad safe … More and we all felt personally cared for and understood. Thanks ! -

This team was fantastic! Caring, patient, helpful plus offered ideas. Our caregiver was on spot with detials with communicated to her. My dad always looked forward to their visits. As a Director of Nursing for a Hospice company, I have used many different home care agency's and found it very difficult to find a dependable one. Once … More I experienced FirstLight I knew I would never use any other agency again! The aides are so caring, dependable, and everyone communicated very well with our staff and the families. With FirstLight on the case were able to have peace of mind knowing if there was a change in condition it would be communicated immediately. My favorite thing about FirstLight Home Care is that no shift ever goes uncovered and the aides are matched with the clients. The nurses do introductions with the patients and caregivers to ensure they are a good fit. I have never had anything like that with any other agency. I could go on and on about the quality service of this organization. I am truly one of their biggest fans!! You won't be disappointed choosing this company as your healthcare agency!
