Tip #3: Where to walk? Walk on soft ground. As we age, our natural shock absorbers in our feet deteriorate and it’s more difficult for us to walk on hard surfaces. Try to choose flat, even ground, or well-maintained pathways that are more giving to walk on instead of concrete.
