The Home Care providers that worked with my mother, 2 different ones due to scheduling, were so wonderful. My mother truly enjoyed their help and their company. In turn, knowing that my mom was able to have extra help while I was working and could not be there was a huge relief to me and my family. The caregivers and administrators were very kind, understanding, professional, and communicative. If you need someone to help with your loved ones, I highly recommend First Light; Mary, Kelsey, Tateanna, and Dana! -

I have subsequently met Mary’s husband (co-owner), office manager, and nighttime caregivers, and I can vouch for their professionalism and care for their clients. I recently used FirstLight for a short-term need for transportation to and from cataract surgery (which also requires … More the caretaker to be present until discharge) and to and from the follow-up visit the next morning. Mary Saka, one of the owners of FirstLight, provided their services to me personally. Mary and her husband were both caregivers to their parents and got into this service for the right reasons, to be of help to others. Mary was thoroughly professional, punctual, and caring during that time and in following up afterward.
Even though my first interaction with FirstLight was a short-term one, there is no doubt in my mind that I will call on them in the future for any short- or long-terms needs that I have.
