She is knowledgeable about caring for elderly patients with health limitations. She is professional, punctual, caring, and attentive to my mom. Everyday she logs my mom's daily actions, vitals and activity. I love that she feels comfortable communicating with me regarding the needs and goals for my mom. Best decision that we made to have FirstLight part of our family. -

Happy days—l'm so glad to hear my brother is getting the care and support he needs! It is such a relief to know he's in good hands, especially if this home health care jumped in right away and took care of the essentials like mobility and a clean environment. Being in "survival mode" sounds like he's focusing on the basics and recovery right now, and having a strong support team around him can make all the difference. The staff is easy to talk to and truly what the doctor ordered. They show genuine concern for my brother's needs, making sure he receives the best possible care. -
