Charlie Paretchan Promoted to Vice President/Assistant General Manager

We are happy to announce the promotion of Charlie Paretchan to Vice President / Assistant General Manager.

Charlie will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marin County and Sonoma County locations, establish company policies and procedures and provide overall support and development to team members. Charlie joined us in April 2018 as Operations Supervisor and has been pivotal in the growth of both of our FirstLight locations.

Mark Paretchan, General Manager, says that Charlie has been instrumental in the success of both franchise locations; he is a relationship builder who continues to champion the FirstLight culture of care, focusing on the growth and development of the local team and on creating a positive, supportive work environment.

FirstLight Home Care delivers a variety of companion care and personal care services to seniors, veterans, people recovering from illness, injury and surgery, and those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Professional caregivers help adults in need of assistance with personal care and household duties such as light housekeeping and laundry, meal preparation and running errands while providing support and peace of mind.
